Commercial Rights

Summary

When you purchase an NFT in the Dizzy Dragons family, our NFT License Agreement governs what you can and can’t do with your Dizzy Dragon and/or Dizzy Demon. To summarize, when you buy one of our NFTs, you will have the right to do the following:

1. You will have the right to use the artwork associated with the NFT for unlimited personal use.

2. You will have the right to use the artwork associated with the NFT for commercial purposes.

3. You will have the right to sell the NFT on an authorized marketplace that is capable of verifying your ownership.

That said, here are a list of things you cannot do with your Dizzy NFT:

1. You cannot change, use or modify any individual elements of the artwork.

2. You cannot seek registration of any trademark or copyright in or to the artwork.

3. You cannot use the artwork in connection with pornography, hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty, or otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations or infringe upon the rights of others.
